CRABBING – DECATIZING - HAND REFINING
A system which provides a set of different processes, both on wet
and dry finishing.
The process is performed by means of self generated steam while
the fabric is sandwiched by a silicon coated endless belt and one
heated drum.
The process, known as “dawning steam decatising”, provides the
ultimate finishing action for obtaining:
	crabbing
	shining effect without chemicals
	shining effect with chemicals - chints
	preparation to kier decatizing
	hand refining action

Main features:

   Core of the machine that matches
   a double calender tower with a belt 
   calender unit.
   Heated cylinder with a diameter 
   up to 800 mm.
   Inverse decatizing device, that,
   through a termal shock under belt pression,
   allows unique hand refining.	
   Easy maintenance that allows 
   a quick endless belt change	
   Long working life of the special 
   silicon endless belt.
